This site and all of its content are protected under the Design, Patent and Copyright Act, and under no circumstances can any part of it be copied, stored or used in any form without written permission from us.

By purchasing an image/s from us does not entitle you to any rights to the image. Full rights (Copyright) are retained by Channel Photography and any such usage not authorized by us will be deemed a breach of the Copyright Act.

Delivery

We send pictures to you via Royal Mail 1st class post, we accept no responsibility for loss or damage in the post and the purchaser must take insurance for such loss.We do of course get proof of postage should you wish to request this. Royal Mail Special Delivery can be offered at extra cost. We will wrap each individual image and seal it, the contents of this will be clearly visible for you to view. Once the seal is broken on the package, no returns will be accepted.

Returns

Refunds are available up to 14 days after delivery, subject to the above clause. Once returned to us, undamaged, and the package confirmed unopened, we will at our discretion refund you.

Privacy

We take you privacy very seriously and is only used for the purpose of buying images or service from us. You information will be destroyed after the transaction is complete. Under no circumstances is your information shared, stored, sold or loaned to any other person outside of Channel Photography.
